In loving memory of our dear brother, Frank Charles Starbuck, who passed away at his residence
in Lake Isabella in April, 2O26 and went home to be with Jesus whom he loved. Born in
Bakersfield, California on November 3O, 1955, Frank had a creative, compassionate nature and
enjoyed the outdoors participating, at different stages in hobbies such as metal detecting, scuba
diving, fishing, camping and hunting for gold nuggets and coin collecting. He also enjoyed
music and periodically composed his own songs on a keyboard. Frank liked working with his
hands and attended West High School and later Bakersfield Jr. College where he received
certification in Auto Body restoration. Frank was excellent at his work and owned and operated
two Auto Body Shops and a Paint Shop. He took pride in his career both on the mechanical and
administrative sides and valued his customers. Though Frank had some challenges in life his
concern for others remained as do our memories of his laughter, youthful family outings, nature
explorations, deep insights and making people feel welcome no matter what their status in life.
He will be missed. Frank is survived by a brother, 2 sisters, 1 nephew, 2 nieces, 3 grandnephews
and 8 grandnieces.
A celebration of life will be held on April 26th at 2:OO PM at 4030 Perdue Avenue, Lake Isabella, California.
